1. enhanced super humans
2. augmented beings through bio engineering or nantotechnology to be ageless or even disease free, but still human
3. enhanced senses, strength, ability, etc..

1. ageless, disease/toxin free, impervious to virtually all physical damage including nuclear explosions and solar flares, instant regeneration at atomic level from any damage even if blown to bits, no need for food, water, sleep, or air
2. self cleaning always
3. limitless shapeshifting (eg. be 1000 ft tall, an supercar, an atom, a ghost, a beam of light, etc..)
4. limitless mindshifting/mental manipulation (manipulate emotions, change memories, gain super consciousness, etc..) 
5. limitless voice shifting, body shifting (change skeletal structure, gain super agility, change your taste buds, manipulate your body and senses in any way to gain any effect, etc..)
6. infinite superpowers and super abilities (vast super senses, invisibility, control over the elements, time manipulation/travel, dimensional travel, reality warping, teleportation to any location, etc.. nigh omnipotent like a god)
7. full immersion VR/AR/MR limited by imagination
8. vast super intelligence, creativity, and imagination (possibly trillions of trillions or greater times that of humans)
9. mind fully uploaded in simulated reality (allowing endless possibilities, limited by endless imagination)

1. just downright truly omnipotent, omniscient, transcendent, infinite, and truly absolute in every way, who can basically do anything without limits, even the logically impossible
